I had to take a quick trip up to Calgary on Thursday for work. On Friday I went out at 7:30am on Friday for a 5 mile run...that was all I could handle. It was -16 degrees Celsius (5 degree Fahrenheit). I don't know how people can train in these conditions.I also had some free time to stop by Tri IT on Friday morning. This is a great tri shop in Calgary. They have all the major brands in stock and also have in store spin classes. While there I meet the owner Brian and one of their employees Jordan Bryden who is an Elite Canadian triathlete in pursuit of the Olympic Games.
