The 7 Miles of Christmas

My Christmas day run was much better than the Christmas Eve run. I made it off the porch without breaking my back on the ice and managed to avoid all the ice covered water filled pothole traps.

I ran 7 miles along the lake, up to Champlain College, then up to University of Vermont, and down through Church Street this

afternoon. The temperature was 37 degrees. There where very few people out today and the warmer temperatures have started to melt the ice on the side walks so it is much easier to run.
